FAQs

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

How long does delivery take?

West Malaysia: 1–4 working days
East Malaysia: 4–8 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier service and location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

How should I store my coffee?

Store your coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best results, keep it sealed and consume within a few weeks of opening.

Are your coffees freshly roasted?

Yes. We roast in small batches to ensure freshness and consistency.

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
For eligible cases, please refer to our Refund Policy.

What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with your order number and photos. We will review and assist accordingly.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed.
If you require urgent changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
