Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your coffee at its freshest.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details.

During peak periods, promotions, or new releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Time (Malaysia)

West Malaysia: 1–4 working days

East Malaysia: 4–8 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier service, location, and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be reflected at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery status through the courier’s tracking system.

Delivery Issues

Asoar Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery-related concerns.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with photos for verification.
